Dispatch Agreement
This is the agreement between you (the operator) and DispatchAI Operations LLC (Dispatch104).
1. Agency relationship
You appoint Dispatch104 as your exclusive AI dispatch agent. We will search for loads, negotiate rates, handle paperwork, track your loads, and invoice on your behalf.
2. Commission
You agree to pay the commission rate disclosed at signup (3% founding, 5% standard, or 7% premium) on the gross rate of each completed load. Commission is due within 5 business days of broker payment.
3. Broker negotiations
You authorize Dispatch104 to negotiate with freight brokers on your behalf within the SOP bounds you set at onboarding. Any rate above your minimum is at our discretion. You retain the right to reject any load before signing the dispatch sheet.
4. Your authority
You confirm that you hold valid operating authority (MC number), appropriate CDL, and all required insurance. Dispatch104 relies on these representations.
5. Duration
This agreement is month-to-month with no minimum commitment. Either party may terminate with 24 hours notice. Outstanding invoices remain due.
