Terms of Service

The service

Dispatch104 provides AI-powered freight dispatch services to owner-operators. We act as your dispatch agent, not as a freight broker or carrier. You remain the carrier of record on all loads.

Commission

You agree to pay Dispatch104 the agreed commission rate (3%–7% based on your tier) on each load successfully completed. Commission is due within 5 business days of broker payment. Founding Member rate of 3% applies to the first 10 operators who sign up. Standard rate is 5% thereafter.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining valid CDL, insurance, and DOT authority. You are responsible for safe operation of your vehicle. You are responsible for compliance with all FMCSA regulations. Dispatch104's compliance monitoring is advisory only — it does not replace your own compliance obligations.

SMS / Text Messaging Program — Dispatch104 Dispatch Alerts

By providing your mobile phone number during operator onboarding and completing phone verification, you consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from Dispatch104, including account verification codes, load offer notifications, dispatch and compliance alerts, and operational updates related to your use of the service.

Message frequency varies based on your dispatch activity and may range from a few messages per week to several per day during active load negotiation. Message and data rates may apply, as charged by your mobile carrier. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase.

For help, text HELP to the number messages are sent from, or contact support@dispatch104.com. To stop receiving messages at any time, text STOP to the number messages are sent from; you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts after that. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Limitations

Dispatch104 makes no guarantee of load availability, rate outcomes, or earnings. AI-negotiated rates reflect our best effort but may not always achieve your target. We are not responsible for broker non-payment — that is between you and the broker.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time without penalty. Outstanding commission invoices remain due after termination.
