What Data We Collect

When you sign up for Dispatch104, we collect: your company name, MC number, DOT number, phone, email, and preferred language.

When you connect your email, we read incoming broker emails to extract load data: origin, destination, rate, miles, broker name, deadhead, detention, etc.

We do not read email body text. We extract structured load data only.

How We Use Your Data

We use your data to operate the service: to send you load offers, calculate your floor rate, negotiate on your behalf, and provide analytics.

We use your negotiation outcomes to improve the AI continuously. Every week we update broker fingerprints, lane intelligence, and cost models based on real results.

Community Intelligence: Anonymization

After each negotiation completes, we anonymize the outcome and feed it to the community intelligence network. Here is what we anonymize:

Carrier identity: We NEVER store your carrier ID in the community database
Exact rates: We store percentages only (e.g., "settled 5% above market")
Addresses: We store hashes only, not the actual address
Timestamps: We store day-of-week and time bucket only, not exact time
Driver info: We never store driver names or identifiable details

This anonymized data becomes the competitive advantage for all carriers on the network. The more carriers participate, the smarter every carrier's AI becomes.

What We Never Share

We never share your carrier identity, exact rates, or personal information with third parties. We never sell your data. We never share data with brokers, competitors, or external systems without your explicit consent.
