Commission only — 3% for founding members (first 10 operators), 5% standard. No monthly fee, no setup cost, no contract. We earn when you earn.

Who pays the commission?

Brokers pay you directly. After each delivery, we send you a commission invoice. You pay us our percentage, and you keep the rest.

Do I need to check in with my dispatcher?

No. Lane tracks your location automatically. When you reach the pickup or delivery zone, your status updates on its own. The only thing you need to do is text a photo of your signed BOL after pickup.

What load boards do you scan?

DAT in Phase 1. TruckStop and Convoy integrations are in development. You can also accept loads directly if a broker calls you — just share the details.

Will Cole always negotiate for more?

Accepted Answer

Cole negotiates based on your minimum rate, the broker's history, and market conditions. For call-for-rate loads, Cole leads. For posted-rate loads, Cole tries to push up — but never goes below your floor.

What happens if a compliance item expires?

Accepted Answer

Faith alerts you 60, 30, and 7 days before expiry. If something expires without renewal, dispatch pauses automatically for your protection. Your dispatcher is also notified.

Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

Accepted Answer

No. You can cancel anytime. There is no monthly fee, so there is nothing to cancel — you just stop getting loads dispatched.

What if I want a load that Max didn't find?

You can accept loads directly and forward the rate con to us. We'll handle the paperwork, tracking, and invoicing the same way as loads Max found.
